• Rescheduling: Clients may request a new date or time by contacting us at least 48 hours before the originally scheduled session.

• Delivery: Digital products are delivered via a download link sent by email.
• Access: Links remain active for 14 days from issuance.

4. Goods

TaxAdvisorr-branded merchandise, such as notebooks and pens, may be offered for sale through our website.

• Shipping: Items ship within five business days of order confirmation.
• Unused Condition: To qualify for a send-back, items must be in original, unused packaging.

5. Refund Policy

TaxAdvisorr is committed to helping satisfaction across all offerings. Please review the following guidelines for refunds and adjustments based on the type of purchase.

5.1 Services

• Full Refund: If you cancel a session at least 48 hours prior to the appointment, a full refund will be processed.
• Rescheduling Option: Clients may choose to reschedule a session without charge if request is made at least 48 hours in advance.
• No Refund: For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, no refund will be issued due to preparation work already completed by our consultants.

5.2 Info Products

• Review Period: You may request a refund within 7 days of receipt if the download link has not been accessed.
• Decline of Refund: Once a file is downloaded or the link is accessed, no refund will be granted, as this constitutes full delivery of the digital resource.

5.3 Goods

• Send-Back Window: Up to 30 days from delivery date, provided items are in original condition.
• Process: Contact us to obtain a send-back authorization, then ship items to our address at your expense. We will ship replacements or process a refund upon receipt and inspection.
• Defective Items: If goods arrive damaged or incorrect, TaxAdvisorr will cover shipping costs for the replacement.

5.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation. You will receive a notification email once the process is complete.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaxAdvisorr is not responsible for any indirect or special damages arising from use of our services, products, or website.
